Access to learning materials, assessments, and platform features requires an active registered user account.
Users must be at least 13 years of age or have verifiable consent from a parent or legal guardian where required by law.
Account login credentials are issued for single-user access only. Sharing passwords, transferring accounts, or permitting third-party access to your login is strictly prohibited.
You warrant that all personal and academic information provided during account registration is true, accurate, and up to date.
2. License and Acceptable Use
ATHE Academy grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access digital learning resources for personal educational use.
You must not copy, record, download, re-sell, or redistribute platform materials, video content, or source code without explicit written authorisation.
You agree not to attempt unauthorised access to platform databases, introduce malicious software, or use automated scrapers on the site.
Submissions made through the platform must be your own original work. Plagiarism, academic dishonesty, or impersonation of another student will result in immediate account suspension.
3. Intellectual Property Rights
All trademarks, software, design elements, texts, and assets hosted on ATHE Academy remain the exclusive property of ATHE Ltd.
Learners retain ownership of their original submitted coursework, granting ATHE Academy a limited, non-exclusive license to process, evaluate, and archive submissions for academic and verification purposes.
4. Fees, Payments, and Cancellations
Where fees apply for access to specific modules, examinations, or certification processing, prices will be clearly displayed prior to transaction confirmation.
Digital services and course access cancellations adhere to applicable consumer regulations, provided learning materials have not already been accessed or downloaded.
5. Platform Availability and Modifications
While we strive for continuous platform availability, ATHE Academy does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. We reserve the right to perform scheduled maintenance, system updates, or emergency repairs.
We reserve the right to update these Terms to reflect operational or legal changes. Continued use of the platform following notice of updates constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
6. Limitation of Liability
ATHE Academy provides educational tools “as is.” We do not guarantee specific academic marks, degree admissions, or career outcomes beyond accredited course delivery standards.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ATHE Ltd is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, including loss of data or temporary platform downtime.
7. Termination and Suspension
ATHE Academy reserves the right to suspend or close user accounts immediately without notice if a breach of these Terms, non-payment, or academic misconduct occurs.
You may close your account at any time by contacting platform support.
8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws.
Any disputes or claims arising out of or in connection with the platform will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts.
